Ingredients:
- 1 cup crushed chocolate cookies (such as chocolate wafers)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 pint mint chocolate chip ice cream
- 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped toasted almonds
- Whipped cream, for topping

4. Sprinkle the chopped toasted almonds over the hot fudge layer.

5. Place the dish back in the freezer and let the dessert set for another 30 minutes to an hour, or until everything is well-frozen.

6. Before serving, top the dessert with whipped cream and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

7. Slice and serve the Martian Mint Meltdown dessert to enjoy a delightful combination of chocolate, mint, and crunchy textures.

Note: You can customize this dessert by adding extra layers, such as a layer of whipped cream or chocolate shavings between the ice cream and hot fudge. Enjoy your Martian Mint Meltdown creation!
